Fundraising For Bands or Choirs

Rewired & Real was designed in such a way so that it can be used by different groups. Rewired & Real is ideal for school choirs and bands to initiate a successful fundraiser.

Members of band or choir can set up their website, as well as enter email addresses and phone numbers of friends and family that they would like us to contact on their behalf all through the Rewired & Real fundraising platform website.

Setting up their personal Rewired & Real website can be done during the sessions that the students meet for practice. The students may be allowed to take a few minutes of practice time to enter the contact information of those people they want to ask for donations. This encourages all students to participate in the fundraiser and give input. If the Band Teacher or Choir Coordinator is in favour of it, once the fundraising and/or Act of Kindness goal is reached, the teacher or coordinator may allow the students to teach or coordinate the practice for a day.

If students are having difficulties acquiring donations, one way that they could spread the word would be to reach out to local musicians via Instagram/social media/etc to support and endorse their fundraisers.
