Hello! My name is Kjersten, and I am the author behind Rewired & Real. I spent the past 4 years or so walking through a large life transformation. Spending countless hours going within myself to find the real person I was meant to be while identifying the limiting beliefs that I allowed myself to believe. I ended up rewiring my belief system and the idea behind who I thought I was supposed to be and started living my life purpose. This has allowed me to create what you see here and now, Rewired & Real. Rewiring oneself through love, kindness and self-care + focusing on being our real authentic self = Rewired & Real. Being the mom of three wonderful boys and two step sons, I knew I needed to help empower and inspire them to do the same. This is where the Rewired & Real story begins. We focus on empowering you to inspire others through generosity and kindness. We look forward to seeing your story unfold within the chapters of Rewired & Real. No pressure, no products, just spreading love, joy and kindness one person, and one fundraiser at a time.

Hello Again!! I am so blessed you are here!! I wanted to take a minute and share a few things about myself with you all.
Born in raised in Wisconsin - I am a total cheese head at heart! I grew up in an amazing family and had a wonderful childhood! My mother and I are besties - oh how that has changed since the years when I was a teenager! My dad is a quiet business man who has really helped me see the inner spiritual side of life! Then there is my bro who is a year older than me. He has two amazing kiddos I get to call my niece and nephew. They are great joys to my life.
I have three amazing little men in my life; Kayden is 13, Braxton is 11 and Wyatt is 9. They are the light of my universe and I am so blessed to be their mama. I was married for almost 13 years to their father, Zach, and still to this day he is a very dear friend and amazing father.
The past 10 years or so I have been blessed to be a stay at home working mom. This allowed me to contribute to the family but also spend every waking moment making memories with these precious souls. I will forever cherish all the moments and time I was able to be fully present with my boys.

Fast forward to 2019-2020. This was a year of total transformation and change. It was a time I knew I needed to follow my soul and my calling. I took all the knowledge and self-growth I had within myself and followed my intuition. I was empowered and inspired to live my purpose. This took great courage and strength, but I held on to the vision inside myself and started taking the steps that have led me to this place here and now.
I have an amazing partner Stacy who has been such a gift to my heart and soul. He was a friend turned partner. Stacy has two amazing boys Austin who is 15 and Blake who is 13. We together have a happy and chaotic family of 7. Stacy has helped encourage and support me on this journey for the past year. We have spent countless hours in conversation working through limiting beliefs, taking workshops and courses to help us overcome the obstacles that once held me back from following and knowing my true potential and held him back from having his voice heard and knowing his true strengths. Together we have come to a place of joy and love. My wish and hope are to spread this feeling among many!!
I look forward to sharing my dream with y’all. I have learned a major lesson in life and that is ~ the only thing that will make your soul happy is being happy with who you are, not with who people think you are or want you to be. We are all unique and have our own unique story to live and tell. We are here to love and be loved, all while figuring out what our true soul's purpose is here on earth! I feel if we can help empower and inspire others by spreading love, joy, and kindness it will make all of our journeys that much sweeter. I am beyond excited to hear all the stories that will be written within the chapters of Rewired & Real together we can help empower and inspire many by simply spreading love, joy and kindness!
